Share Buyback

On 25.08.2025, DigiU completed its second share buyback payout.

• Total fund size: $15,277.
• Payouts were received by 210 participants who passed KYC.
• Of those, 67 investors received their full amount and completed their participation in the program.
• 50 participants who did not pass KYC were excluded from the buyback program.

«Today, 67 investors received their full payout under the buyback program. In total, across two payouts, 146 out of 384 applicants from February have already completed their participation. This is a significant milestone that demonstrates DigiU's strategy is working, and our investors are seeing results,» said Alexey Ognev.

Program terms reminder:

• Payouts are made on the 25th of each month. The next payout is scheduled for 25.09.2025.
• Buyback fund: $10,000 to $100,000 per month.
• Payouts are made to all participants who passed KYC.
• The payout amount depends on the available fund for the specific month.
• Shares are debited only after the full payout of the request.
