The plan rests on three pillars:

– freedom of speech in algorithms;
– AI centers in healthcare, energy, and finance;
– combating deepfakes in courts. - Technological infrastructure:
– chip manufacturing in the U.S.;
– simplified construction of data centers;
– training of engineering and cyber talent. - International coordination:
– export controls;
– alliances around the American tech stack;
– countering competitors’ dominance.
Just hours after the announcement, China proposed creating an international AI organization to «avoid dominance by certain countries.»
This reaction confirms: AI development has become a global priority, moving beyond a localized technology to a cornerstone of global order and world politics. Countries see AI not just as a tool but as a resource and strategy for the future – the foundation of competitiveness and growth on the world stage.
